Why We Exist

I started The Renaissance Project because I kept seeing the same thing: young men with real potential and nowhere to point it. School teaches academics, not how to lead, how to fail well, or how to be a man other people can count on. Social media rewards outrage, not wisdom. And most guys are figuring it out completely alone.

The Renaissance Project is my answer to that — a place where young men grow together instead of separately. Through accountability groups, mentors, and each other, we're building men who are strong, kind, classy, and driven. Not because someone told them to, but because they chose to become that person alongside people who expect it of them.

Grayden Ferneau

Founder and CEO, Grayden is the brains behind the project. He is passionate about making this organization successful and productive. He envisions a world where young professionals all can support one-another to become “Renaissance Men”.

Emmett is a detail-oriented instructor who’s spent the past decade helping people develop new tools, habits, and mindsets. Their approach is clear, practical, and always infused with curiosity and care.
